With over 1,800 hours of accredited yoga teacher training and three decades of experience in movement arts, Ari offers a teaching style that is precise, empowering, and grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern science.
Ari’s journey has always been rooted in exploring the full potential of body, mind, and spirit. His practice weaves together all elements of his training, resulting in a uniquely integrative approach that invites personal transformation. Having studied with some of the world’s most respected yoga masters, including Maty Ezraty, Rod Stryker, Annie Carpenter, and Shandor Remete, Ari blends deep tradition with creative expression to deliver classes that awaken new awareness and unlock untapped energy.
Ari is a globally recognised teacher trainer, retreat leader, and mentor, known for his sharp eye for detail, intuitive sequencing, and ability to inspire meaningful evolution in his students. His breathwork and asana sessions are designed to awaken the energetic map of the body, cultivate awareness, and ignite lasting change from the inside out.
