Awaken the inner temple
Step into the rhythm of Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the world, where the Ganga flows from the Himalayas and silence holds ancient wisdom
This 8-day immersive retreat is your invitation to return to the temple within, through a nourishing blend of movement, stillness, sound, and ritual.
Each day includes intentional practices that integrate Vinyasa and Yin Yoga layered with Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, Sound Healing, and Yoga Nidra. You'll be guided through deeply embodied journeys that awaken the subtle body, balance your energy, recalibrate your nervous system, awaken clarity and realign you with your inner wisdom.
Beyond the mat, we will honour the land through the alleys of Rishikesh and beyond with sacred rituals, river practices, and excursions to places of great spiritual power.
This is not just a yoga retreat. It’s a journey inward.
